This hotel was excellent place for exploring Rarotonga, greatly enjoyed it and venue’s excellent friendly and fabulously friendly staff in where as the Manager lives onsite. Fantastic location right on the beach, and the rooms were modern and brand-new. Location: the hotel was right by the market, main centre, and the general public areas.

Location Close to the ocean Picturesque Close to a pool Staff were freindly Food was high quality in taste and presentation Family orientated with the pool and a enclosed trampoline
On arriving my room required some cleaning , my soap rack in shower was mouldy and so were the cushion covers. I asked the staff to have the soap rack replaced & cleaned & the cushion covers replaced or covered, which they did both, with no hesitation . By the photo online the room looked 4 star , instead it is more like 3 star. My air conditioner died 3 days before I was to leave , I had one awful nite sleep because of the humidity , my air conditioner was fixed the next day , they have a very good maintaintence man that works there , he can fix anything !!! The manager was friendly & happy to oblige to any instance . Other than that it was good .

The lagoon front rooms at this hotel were fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the tropical gardens and the ocean was lovely. Each room had a private area outside to relax and enjoy the views. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the outside bar area was a great spot to have a drink or meal while taking in the beautiful views. The location was perfect, close to the main shopping center and within walking distance to the beach. It was also just a short drive to the stunning Muri Lagoon, a great place for swimming and kayaking.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Rarotonga. Firstly, the location was fantastic. It was perfectly situated between Muri Beach and the city center, allowing easy access to all the main areas. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room itself was spacious, with a huge bed and bathroom. The view from the patio was simply breathtaking. Additionally, breakfast was more than enough to start my day, with a variety of cereals, bread, and watermelon. my experience at this hotel was spectacular.
Everything was ok, nothing could be improved.

Front desk staff didn't seem to know much, or be overly helpful, and a smile and hello as you pass the desk was rare. The water ran out and staff did not get around to informing the guests until 2 hour later, emergency water was delivered about 6-8 hours later..

Cheap and quiet place to stay. Good if you just sleep and have breakfast there. Most guests were New Zealanders, so were very friendly. All day happy hour on the weekend was a bonus!
Reception gave misleading information on more than 2 occassions. They were very friendly, but in the end, we just had to triple check everything that they said or ask someone else for information. Pool is small- only saw one child in it the whole time we were there. Not very many activities in the resort - have to go to other places. Food prices are more expensive than other resorts we had been to.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
